Service requests
The contact widget is provided by Freshworks/Freshdesk for 1st Key. Information you enter is processed through that service so our team can respond. The widget also loads provider services needed to display and operate the form. Earlier requests submitted through this website may remain in its restricted intake workspace for authorized administrators. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or dispatch. Avoid including passwords, credentials, access codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Email updates
The signup form stores your email address, signup time and consent to receive offers, solutions, services and updates. It does not automatically send a marketing email. Request removal through Data Privacy Requests. Service-request contact consent is separate from marketing signup.
Website measurement
Optional website measurement is not active on this website. This edition does not send page-view or source-attribution events to the earlier website database or load Google Analytics. Opening the contact widget does not send a measurement event from this website. Freshworks/Freshdesk operates the contact widget under its own service policies.
Optional website measurement remains off, including when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can save a local privacy preference in Cookie Settings. The hosting provider processes technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.
Access and service providers
Freshworks/Freshdesk processes contact-widget requests for 1st Key. Requests for email updates can be sent to our team through the contact widget or by telephone; this website does not automatically add addresses to an email-update database. Earlier requests and email-update records may remain in the existing restricted workspace. Team sign-in links to that separately hosted service, which uses ChatGPT sign-in and an administrator allowlist. Public visitors do not need an account to contact the team. External Google, LinkedIn and other linked services operate under their own policies; selected LinkedIn embeds load when requested.
Retention and requests
Request records are retained for follow-up and business recordkeeping until reviewed and removed under the company’s procedures. Use Data Privacy Requests to request access, correction, deletion or removal from email updates. Do not submit additional sensitive information with a privacy request. This notice will be updated when processing practices change.
