Information you choose to provide
The Freshworks/Freshdesk contact widget collects the information you enter in its configured form so 1st Key can respond to your inquiry. Include a telephone number if you would like a call. Email signup collects an email address and consent. We use these to respond to the request, administer the relationship or record a subscription.
Technical information and choices
Necessary hosting and security systems process technical request data and use a short-lived network-address hash to limit abusive form submissions. Optional measurement records a random session identifier, page paths, selected interactions, campaign codes and referring hostnames only when you allow it in Cookie Settings. Opening the contact widget may be recorded as an interaction when measurement is allowed; contact-form contents are not part of this site’s measurement events. An optional Google Analytics destination loads only with measurement permission. Your browser stores a privacy preference locally; it is not an advertising cookie.
Who receives information
Freshworks/Freshdesk processes contact-widget requests for 1st Key and provides the services needed to display the widget. Hosting and database services process email signups and earlier website intake records. If team email delivery is connected, its provider receives the authorized team recipient, request reference and inbox link. Earlier website intake messages remain in the restricted inbox; new contact-widget submissions are processed through Freshworks/Freshdesk. LinkedIn content loads only when selected. External Google and social links open their own websites under their policies. We do not sell personal information or use cross-context advertising on this website.
Keep and ask
Request and signup records are kept for follow-up and business recordkeeping until reviewed under company procedures. Contact us to ask about your information or unsubscribe. A request may require identity verification.
